Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Cut-off time: 1:00 PM (UK time).

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be processed the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Delivery: 1–3 working days (UK mainland).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier delays, or peak periods.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details.

If tracking is available, tracking information will be provided.

Delivery Delays
